Official Rules

  1. The sponsor of this promotion is Vision33 Inc., located at 6 Hughes, Suite 220, Irvine, CA USA 92618 (“Sponsor”).
  2. The promotion will begin at 8:00am PDT on August 11, 2010 and end at 11:59pm PDT August 31, 2010.
  3. The prize package (“Prize”) is comprised of 1 Apple iPad 64GB Wi-Fi ($699 value) and 1 copy (single-user license) of Omnigraffle for iPad diagramming software ($49.99 value).
  4. To enter the promotion, the entrant must provide an answer to the question(s) shown in Step 1 on the promotion page located at the URL http://blog.vision-33.com/business-process/reinvent-contest/ in the Leave a Comment form at the bottom of the page. The entrant must then follow Sponsor’s Twitter account located at the URL http://twitter.com/vision33 from their own Twitter account as indicated in Step 2. The entrant must then issue the status update from their Twitter account shown in Step 3 on the promotion page located at the URL http://blog.vision-33.com/business-process/reinvent-contest/. The entrant’s Twitter updates must not be protected during the promotion period. Entrants may sign-up for their own Twitter account at https://twitter.com/signup.
  5. Entries will be judged by Sponsor during the period of September 1, 2010 through September 8, 2010. One winner will be chosen by Sponsor from all the valid entries. Sponsor will notify the winner via a Twitter direct message from the Sponsor’s Twitter account. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, he or she will forfeit the Prizes and another winner will be selected.
  6. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.
  7. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion.
  8. Sponsor will not provide replacements for any products or services the winner chooses not to receive.
